AMAYA Is Extended Until January 2012

Congratulations to the AMAYA team because the first epicserye that changed the landscape of Philippine television finally got an official extension nod. This extension bit had been thrown in for weeks but there was never really a definite confirmation. The Amaya lead star Marian Rivera’s management team confirmed that Amaya will be on until January 13, 2011.

There you go. Exact month and date and all. I’m glad it’s extended coz I for one think Amaya’s warrior stage will be too short if Amaya ends in November. We gotta see more Amaya as a warrior and a leader somehow. I hope that’s part of the twist. Not just for Amaya to fight but also to lead a tribe. But then again, the twists are so unpredictable in this show so we’ll see.
Congrats again to the whole Amaya team most importantly to the Primetime Queen and amaya herself, Ms. Marian Rivera. Seriously, GMA 7 should give them all a bonus judging by the ad load and high ratings the show gets every episode. *wink*
